Hi, my name is Fallon Garcia, and I am the Parent Case Manager for the Lubbock office. I have 2 wonderful children that are my pride and joy. I look forward to working with children and their parents enrolled in the Uniting Parents program to assist, support, and help them find the resources available to them.

Texas Home Visiting

Good news for parents of children 5 and under! There's a free new program called Texas Home Visiting. It's available in 14 counties in Texas to help good people be great parents. The program matches families with a trained home visitor who comes to you, wherever you live.

Prescription Card

The neighborhood pharmacy program assures members the lowest price on prescription drugs, saving 10% to 60% on most prescriptions and it’s simple to use. The pharmacist calculates the discount and the member pays the discounted price. No other forms required.
