Primary Health Care

The Primary Health Care (PHC) program provides prevention-oriented, education-based primary health care to Texas residents who would otherwise not receive such care.  Eligibility is limited to those Texas residents whose gross family income is at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Income Guidelines (FPIG) and who do not qualify for any other programs or benefits that provides the same services.
