My name is Mindy Howard.  I am the Administrative Assistant for the Uniting Parents Director.  I am new to the team and look forward with anticipation in assisting our sustainable program which helps children with special needs and their families in the top 32 counties of the Texas Panhandle.

Disabilities are a natural part of our life, and my family is certainly no exception. My daughter has multiple disabilities. She has vision impairment, neurological issues, and developmental delays as well as IDD, mild. I also have two adult children. My entire family unit has a love for music, and helping others.

 I am honored to offer assistance administratively with this program as well as meeting the mission of our Uniting Parents.
