Hi, my name is Teresa Hernandez.
I am a blessed mother of 5 amazing young adults. My youngest son has a Learning Disability, ADHD, and Asthma. I am also very blessed to say I have precious, beautiful grandbabies that have my heart. It is truly a blessing to be able to work for an agency that helps families of children with disabilities. It has taught me so much, and I am honored to be able to help other families so that they won’t feel alone.

Texas Home Visiting

Good news for parents of children 5 and under! There's a free new program called Texas Home Visiting. It's available in 14 counties in Texas to help good people be great parents. The program matches families with a trained home visitor who comes to you, wherever you live.

Prescription Card

The neighborhood pharmacy program assures members the lowest price on prescription drugs, saving 10% to 60% on most prescriptions and it’s simple to use. The pharmacist calculates the discount and the member pays the discounted price. No other forms required.
