Hi,
My name is Sharon McCarty.
I am a Parent Case Manager for Uniting Parents. I feel blessed and honored to be a part of such an amazing agency. An agency that equips families of individuals with disabilities with the tools needed to advocate for them and to empowers them to become as self-sufficient as possible. I am the grandmother of a 13-year-old handsome, friendly, God loving young man with Autism. I am not only learning and equipping my families to be great advocates for their family member, I am also learning how to be a great advocate for my grandson while teaching him to become self-sufficient and learn how to one day advocate for himself.

Serving the panhandle and communities beyond with programs that benefit your family and your local healthcare providers. Our mission is to develop and support the collaboration of area health providers in the provision of health services.

Texas Home Visiting

Good news for parents of children 5 and under! There's a free new program called Texas Home Visiting. It's available in 14 counties in Texas to help good people be great parents. The program matches families with a trained home visitor who comes to you, wherever you live.

Prescription Card

The neighborhood pharmacy program assures members the lowest price on prescription drugs, saving 10% to 60% on most prescriptions and it’s simple to use. The pharmacist calculates the discount and the member pays the discounted price. No other forms required.
