My name is Josephine Valadez.  I am a Parent Case Manager for Uniting Parents; Dumas location. I have worked with Uniting Parents on and off since 1999.

I have been married for 24 years; and we are parents to five children. Our oldest child, was diagnosed at age 4 with Prader Willi Syndrome, thus beginning my journey of learning more about children with disabilities and eventually coming to work at Uniting Parents.

I am honored to be apart of the Uniting Parents Program, and I am priviledged to work with such a great staff. As a Parent Case Manager, my goal is to help families with chronically ill children as well as children with disabilities; to find the resources that helps make their lives easier.

I currently serve on the Refugee Advisory Council; and I am apart of the 69th Judicial District CRCG: Community Resource Coordination Group for Dallam, Hartley, Moore, and Sherman Counties.

Please call us for information and support!  We are here to share our experiences, our failures, and our successes.  You Are Not Alone.
