The Potter/Randall County Home Visiting Program Matching System refers pregnant women and parents of all children birth to age five to selected evidence-based home visiting programs based on eligibility factors. All program services are provided free of charge. When a referral is received, the Matching System Coordinator will contact the family and match them with the most appropriate home visiting program.
