My name is Josephine Valadez.  I am a Parent Case Manager for Uniting Parents, Dumas location. I have worked with Uniting Parents on and off since 1999.
I am married and we are parents to five children. Our oldest child was diagnosed at age 4 with Prader-Willi Syndrome, thus beginning my journey of learning more about children with disabilities and eventually coming to work at Uniting Parents.

I am honored to be a part of the Uniting Parents Program, and I am privileged to work with such a great staff. As a Parent Case Manager, my goal is to help families with chronically ill children as well as children with disabilities; to find the resources that help make their lives easier.
I currently serve on the Refugee Advisory Council; and I am a part of the 69th Judicial District CRCG: Community Resource Coordination Group for Dallam, Hartley, Moore, and Sherman Counties.
