My name is Stephanie McLoughlin and I am a Parent Case Manager with Uniting Parents. I am married to my husband; Jon and I have been foster parents for five years to children with disabilities, and special health care needs. Raising a house full of children with disabilities had shown me the need for a supportive network for parents and caregivers. I look forward to working with parents and supporting them as they journey through life raising a child/children with disabilities.

I currently serve as a member of the Potter, Randall, and Armstrong CRCG: County Community Resource Coordination Group. Additionally, I attend the Panhandle Coalition for Transition Services monthly meetings.

Texas Home Visiting

Good news for parents of children 5 and under! There's a free new program called Texas Home Visiting. It's available in 14 counties in Texas to help good people be great parents. The program matches families with a trained home visitor who comes to you, wherever you live.

Prescription Card

The neighborhood pharmacy program assures members the lowest price on prescription drugs, saving 10% to 60% on most prescriptions and it’s simple to use. The pharmacist calculates the discount and the member pays the discounted price. No other forms required.
