My name is Nora Moreno. I am a Parent Case Manager in the Amarillo office. I am married; my husband’s name is Ben. I have an adult daughter, Allyssa who has Down Syndrome. We started our Journey with Early Childhood Intervention, Public school and now as she transitions into adulthood a new chapter in our lives. Allyssa is involved in the Down Syndrome Guild and Special Olympics. Allyssa especially loves to watch the Amarillo Bulls Hockey and indoor football games at the Civic Center. We have navigated many programs and agencies together. I will be looking forward to working with new families.

Texas Home Visiting

Good news for parents of children 5 and under! There's a free new program called Texas Home Visiting. It's available in 14 counties in Texas to help good people be great parents. The program matches families with a trained home visitor who comes to you, wherever you live.

Prescription Card

The neighborhood pharmacy program assures members the lowest price on prescription drugs, saving 10% to 60% on most prescriptions and it’s simple to use. The pharmacist calculates the discount and the member pays the discounted price. No other forms required.
